Not your typical vision board

Making time for yourself isn't easy, and we are so grateful to all the women who shared time with us last week. For those who weren't with us, we invite you to enjoy this wander through our time together.

This wasn't your typical vision board event!

Together, we engaged in powerful practices for clarity, alignment, and commitment to what truly matters, supported by community uplift and record breaking attendance!

💡 Context for the Evening - we aren't building the International Space Station at EWC but, in many ways, what we are doing is more important.

We explored why we're here, shifting from a linear, blueprint approach to life to an inner-outer approach. Self-actualization becomes a co-creation with the intelligence of life.

When we connect with deeper desires, we feel a pull toward those yearnings, making the process of achieving them less about drive, discipline, and dedication and more about attraction, alignment, and ease.

We all have the power to create something new, and it all starts with getting to know the genius inside ready to be birthed in this new way of co-creation.

🦋 Visioning - for some "visioning" is about using all the senses (sight, sound, smell, taste and touch).

We envisioned the year, focusing on where we feel the most traction, summoning a transformation into life's highest expression, like a butterfly. The evening aimed to catalyze, clarify, ignite, align, and commit - blowing the lid off the inner glass ceiling for all of us.

Experiential Practices, as inspired by Claire Zammit PhD. Founder of Feminine Power, became a roadmap to the depths of our desires. Often these desires become shut down by an inner critic that reminds us what is NOT possible. Sourcing from a place of confidence, abundance, love and self-kindness we carried on to alignment, clarity and commitment.

Alignment - with soul's actualization needs

Clarity - of how these yearnings inform a Powerful "Grounded" Intention

Commitment - to take small (or big) steps, making this a breakthrough year

🌟 Engagement and Insights from Our Community:

Our circle members arrived longing to receive connection, inspiration, clarity, discernment, support, and the power of belief. Excitement filled the air about finding purpose, new connections, and creating an outer life aligned with inner possibilities. As our first hybrid event in many years, we held space for women across State and Provincial Lines with members from Canada and the U.S.

🌈 Comments from Riverwalk Commons in St. Marys, Ontario:

Members wished to receive growth, freedom, listening, becoming intentional, physical health, clarity, growth mindset, inner connection, healing on a global scale for women in the world, restoring calm, lightness, relationship, finding a tribe, physical energy, independence, beauty in life and space

Do any of these resonate for you? What words describe your desires?

👥 Meanwhile, in the Zoom Room:

We heard words to describe the experience of reflection and connection: courage, purpose, validation. Members committed to embrace health, balance, aspirations, empower belief in possibilities and to stop stopping themselves.

✍️ Personal Commitments:

Once a commitment is voiced, written down and shared it is much more likely to happen. Through our collective experience, we supported each other to take those essential first steps on the journey toward dreams-come-true.

What is one small personal commitment you'd like to make for the next couple weeks/months? We invite you to say it aloud and share it with us in Circle.

💬 Comments About EWC:

Members expressed how being part of EWC gives roots, incredible connections, focus, warmth, laughter, and support. They described Circle as magical, a balm to the weary soul, and a place where empowerment and belief thrive. We are filled up by the multitude of words and ways that women express their gratitude for the nourishment received in our Empowered Women's Circle.

😌 Post-Event Feelings:

The group left feeling hopeful, peaceful, enlightened, reassured, energized, content, open, empowered, positive, connected, inspired, and encouraged.

🌱 Our Ongoing Journey:

Our journey is about unlearning old conditioning, shedding imprints of the past, and embracing an empowered narrative for our lives, work, and relationships.

We're cultivating new skills and experiences, becoming the empowered leaders, courageous truth-tellers, self-nurturers, and game-changers we've yearned for.

"You are the one you've been waiting for; no one else is coming to give you all the things you desire - claim your space in 2024!"

🌟 Personal Insight from Lisa:

Personally, I identified a longing to develop my creative writing skills, finding my signature voice and message. My commitment? I signed up for a "Soul Shaping" writing course with the transformative writer Jeff Brown. Despite being under the weather, I attended Emm Gryner's beautiful Insight Timer talk, finding nourishment and care with our beautiful EWC spirit-sister.

🌟 Personal Insight from Catherine:

Personally, I identified a yearning for spaciousness and the creative energy of collaboration. The elements that have set strong roots for EWC are evolving for us to get to the next level. 2024 is about "launching" for me, in every sense of the word! As I clear out the old, I enjoy spaciousness for the new. As I build the scaffolding that will serve as the foundation for new construction, I trust that I have everything I need to succeed (especially our EWC sisterhood). My commitment? I will take imperfect action and allow myself to "fail forward" in ways that swing the pendulum toward a life that has me contributing my fullest potential at work, home and on a world scale.
